I love it and my kids love it!
I have bought all of the CD Storybooks and they have all been well worth the money.I will continue to buy them as they become available.However the one thing that I wish they would get back to is having the stories read by the actual characters themselves.The first Winnie the Pook storybook and the storybook with Bugs Life, Monsters Inc and Toys Story 1 & 2 all were read with the voices of the actual characters.It was great! Then when I bought the new ones it's a womans voice for every character and the narrator.Guess we are just spoiled.It's still worth the money and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a little peace and quiet in the car! tee hee

My son LOVES it!
I felt compelled to review this, because unlike two of the other reviewers, I LIKE that there is no indication to "turn the page."The book is good, but the audio CD is even better. My son got one of these (actually slightly different, it has the "Nemo" story on it and one other that is different) for his 3rd birthday, and wants to listen to it EVERY night while he is falling asleep.I was looking on amazon to buy another one (with different stories).The woman's voice who is the narrator is very pleasant.I think it would be very annoying if there was a "beep" or "turn the page" indicator on the CD, especially for those children, like my son, who like to listen to it as a bedtime story.

It really works!
Even though this book is meant for kids, I bought it anyway. I'm 16 and I really want to be an animator when I'm older, and surprisingly this book really helped me learn to draw all the "Little Mermaid" characters on my own, and helped me get a basic grasp of the cartoon anatomy. I have all the books in this series and I LOVE them all, they really helped my cartooning skills & they're fun to use as well.

My First Ariel
For those of us who want to draw, but have little or no actula experience, this book is invaluable. By going through the fundamentals of the proper procedures of drawing Ariel and her friends, one will be able to achieve artwork that really looks like her, instead of being an incredible simulation. The Little Mermaid by Michael Teitelbaum
-A wonderful story!!! I still go through the feelings and emotions that happen throughout the book. I think it's a great under water sea story and I recommend it to any little girl!

Little Mermaid
The Little Mermaid was good story, I like how she got to get married to the man she loved. Even though her dad didn't want her to go, he changed his mind.

The Little Mermaid (Disney/Book and Cassette)
This the Disney story about Arial, the little mermaid & all her odd assortment of friends that live with her in the sea.My grand-daughter Britanie, is 4 years old & just loves this book/ tape so much that shewore it out. I love the idea that the cassettes follow the words in thebook so the children following the words read aloud, start to recognizewords that they hear.I am in the process of trying to purchase heranother set. This is only thing she asked me to get again her forChristmas.

Extremely witty and well-written for a childrens' book!

This book was very interesting to read.
