5-0 out of 5 stars Great Book!!
This book is great! It's an excellent conclusion to the second LIFEGUARD mini-series. Sweet Valley University books rule! Anyway, in this book, Elizabeth Wakefield is depressed because Ryan Taylor and her broke up, and Jessica Wakefield jumped right in. Elizabeth didn't show up for Ryan's anniversary of not drinking because of jeep problems, so Ryan breaks up with her. Jessica, who has always had a crush on Ryan, starts dating him. Elizabeth is sad because she really loves Ryan, and worried because Jessica doesn't know that Ryan's an alcoholic. Jessica's excited and she can't wait to show offr to Ben Mercer. She brags to Miranda about Ryan's good looks and romance. But on one date he gets drunk. Jessica is very upset, but tries to act like nothing happened, and tells Miranda that everything went well. Ryan apoligizes, so she forgives him. Nina Harper is scared. Somebody has done awful things to ehr, including knocking her unconcious. She knows it's Rachel Max. Rachel says that Stu is the baby's father, because of a one night stand they had. Nina's very sad because Stu was one of the sweetest guys she ever knew. Meanwhile, Winston Egbert tries to get Pedro back togetehr with Wendy Paloma. SInce he's the one who got them togetehr in the first place he knows he can get them back together. He tries a wild plan. Anyway, this book is great!

4-0 out of 5 stars Summer problems for the lifeguards!
This book wasn't the best LIFEGUARD book but it was good anyway. I thinkRyan was wrong to start drinking again just because Elizabeth didn't showup for their date. He also dumped Liz and started to date Jessica which Ithought wasn't very nice to do. The ending of the book was quite unexpectedand it left me wondering what would happen next in the next summer series! ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Mrs Jeepers' Batty Vaction
Mrs. Jeeper's Batty
4-0 out of 5 stars I loved Mrs. Jeppers batty vacation!!!
I liked the book because it was a hair raising story. It was the best book I have read out of thesuper specials. I liked when the kids were on theplane to Transylvania because the kids thought Mrs. Jeppers was a vampire and she was going to suck their blooduntil they were nothing but skin and bones. I alsoliked when they were in Transylvainia and they saw asecret passage that went to Melody and Liza's room. Melody and Liza started hitting Eddie and Howie on the head with pillows. That was funny I liked the bookalot!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars This was my favorite Bailey School book so far.
My name is Leigh and I liked the part when they met Uncle Boris, and Mrs. Jeepers said, "The only time when you have to beware of Uncle Boris is when he's hungry."And they all got scared because they thought he was going to bite them on the neck. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Story!!!
I was really attracted to the Fowlers of Sweet Valley because I was always curious about Lila Fowler, such as where was her mother and why did she leave her and this book really helped me get an intimate look at Lila's identity. I could see Lila's personality in the characters-for example, her selfishness in Emily De Bocage, her strong willed independence in Rose de Bocage, her stubborn pride in Charles Doret, her inner strength in Lili de Beautemps, and her gentle spirit in Celeste Chardin.
5-0 out of 5 stars Great Book....Did anyone notice.............

Dawn is visiting Stoneybrook and is bringing Sunny Winslow, her best friend in California whose mather just passed away. Dawn and Mary Anne must make Sunny feel happy.

5-0 out of 5 stars good book
this is a realistic plot in the baby sitters club book. The way dawn, mary anne and sunny snuck off to new york and the way that was descriptively written and describing modern society realistically was quite impressive. It also shows that mary anne is sweet, humble and caring and forgiving.

5-0 out of 5 stars I love all of the Clearwater Crossings books!
I love this book, and all the other ones as well! It was about Melanie leaving Jesse when they finally were back together. And when Miguel helps out at the hospital and with Leah and is having so much fun over the summer. Nicole's mom's having a baby and she is so embaressed, but Jenna tells her how lucky she is. And how she's gonna have this cute little person in the house. And I thought, Just another one of her fabulous books! After I read that #20 is going to be the last one, I felt so sad! It's like one those books that you can never put down, you know? The books are so real, and you feel the characters too. That's how good the books are! I don't know how I'll ever find another series as good as this one. And if the author is reading, to me you are my favorite author! Thanx for writing!

4-0 out of 5 stars Good book!
I have read every book in the Clearwater Crossing series. I like them a lot and it only takes me a few hours to read them. This book was really good. If you are thinking of reading the Clearwater books, start with book one, because you won't understand all what is going on. I am anxious to read book 19 to find out more about Nicole and her new brother or sister, more about Miguel and Leah, Ben and Bernie, Jesse, Melanie, and Melanie's dad's job. I alsowant to read more about Jenna joining Guy's band, and especially Caitlin and David's wedding plans!!! Clearwater Crossing rocks!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great summer read!
Like the last few books in this series, I have to say that this one is so good! Things just continue to look up for everyone in Prime Eight.Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Book 22 in the SVH: Senior Year Series
Despite the title (which is, like, the epitome of valley girl slang), "So Not Me" is a great SVHSY book. It picks up right where the previous book, "The It Guy," left off: with Conner McDermott's intervention. His reaction (summed up perfectly in his beginning journal entry: "What. The. Hell.") is to run away, hightailing it up the California coast to Red Bluff to find his estranged father, who is a compatible match with him: he's lazy, brooding, and an alcoholic. I feared it'd take another couple books for Conner to find his dad, confront him, etc., but thankfully this subplot wasn't as long-drawn-out as some others in this series.5-0 out of 5 stars BOOK
Ok, first of all i think Jeremy and Jade make THE worst couple.Jeremy deserves so much better than JAde, like Jess.Jess is everything that he ever wanted in a girl and shes right in front of him and hes ignoring the fact that she still is i love with him. Instead he's falling for Jade AGAIN after he caught her with another guy. Now he Elizabeth and Conner thing is not looking good. Conner took off, and is with his long-lost father somewhere in Cali. All i know for sure is that if Conner doesn't come back soon then Liz is gonna fall for Evan, Conner's best friend. :(

5-0 out of 5 stars BESTALICEBOOKYET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This Alice book (out of ALL of them) is definetly THE BEST!! Alice gets a new boyfriend, goes to New York City, and gets her driver's lincense. Many things happen to Elizabeth and Pamela too. I won't give away anymore, as I have probably given away too much. YOU GOTTA READ THIS ALICE BOOK!!!!!!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Girl from Northern California(San Francisco)
In this book (Alice on Her Way) she is going to NYC,one of the best cities in U.S.A. She's been to Chicago(another great city)but NYC? She REALLY wants to go there. Also her dad makes her go to a church so she can learn about sex. She and her boyfriend break up. In NYC she and her friends sneak out of the hotel and have blast.

5-0 out of 5 stars Alice enters womanhood
If you've been a long-time fan of the Alice series, as I have since childhood, Alice's sophmore year welcomes back an old friend with an adultish twist. Alice's life has changed, but Naylor's well-drawn character pulls us into adulthood with just the right blend of innocence and practicality to make her likeable. I'll be sad when these books are over, but I can't wait to read the next one! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Elizabeth has the hots for Sam Woodruff
Elizabeth has wrote in her diary about all the secret meetings with Sam Woodruff,Who is to be Jessica's boyfriend. She tells Sam about she already has a boyfriend,Todd. Also in the diary it says Regina's Legacy,Rock Star's Girl, ect.

3-0 out of 5 stars Elizabeth's Lovelife Dilemma
This book involves classic moments like when Jessica won Ms. Teen Sweet Valley, her inclusion of the Good Friends' Cult and others. Mostly it covers up Elizabeth's involvement with Sam Woodruff behind Todd Wilkins' back. One would know how important is to make a decision and how it affects other people around you.It is amusing to note when Elizabeth subbed Jessica in a tv show guesting as well as in the swimsuit competition of Ms. Teen Sweet Valley. This only goes to show the strong bond of the twins despite of their differences. For me this is an OK book... so if you want to buy this book, I think it's worth it.

5-0 out of 5 stars So this is college....this is hell
liz has a horrible expirience in college. we all know what happens but then liz has a horrible weight gain!

3-0 out of 5 stars Liz & Todd....did they have to break up?
First of all, I really liked this book. It was very emotional and reminded me of the changes I've gone through in the past few years since entering college. Elizabeth went through hell through the arms of abandonment. I felt really sorry for her, considering she is my favorite SV character. The only thing about this book that turned me off is Liz & Todd's breakup. I think they are the cutest couple, and they've been together forever. They are soul mates. I just wish Liz and Todd never broke up...I don't really like Tom Watts; Liz deserves someone much better than him. I hope Todd & Liz get back together later in the series. "Elizabeth & Todd Forever" is a very touching book as well...it just proves they are soul mates.

5-0 out of 5 stars Alice: Pretty much a real girl
I can really relate to the Alice books, because she is about my age and I can relate to her situations. I couldn't belive all the things going on in Alice's life . The whole series will leave you on the edge of your seat and rushing to the library to get the next one!

5-0 out of 5 stars The Best One Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When I got iti couldn't stop reading it! Its was soo good but really short! I think Alice and Patrick make the perfect couple but too bad they break up. (In a different one) Ireally reccomend this book but not to people under 10. (It gets a little too sexual at one point) This one really is the BEST ONE EVER!!!! :)

4-0 out of 5 stars Achingly Alice
Over all, Achingly Alice was a really good book. Alice is trying to figure out how Mrs. Summers can love Mr. Sorringer and her dad at the same time, while she herself can't decide between Patrick (her boyfriend) and the cutie in her camera class, Sam. It's easy to relate to this book because it's set in present times in Silver Springs. Alice finally decides to wait it out and see what happens in the end when something suprising happens to Miss Summers. I would reccomend this book to girls ages twelve and up because of some of the things that happen to Alice and her friends. They are in eighth grade, so that is probably a good age to read this book. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Celine,You rotton little sneak!!
Jessica is now dating Nick Fox,and she is curious as to what he does. She thinks he's an F.B.I. Man or something else. Elizabeth's boyfriend,Tom Watts's biological father is making the moves on her,but Tom doesn't see it because he's out of the room or out of the car. Nick stops a robbery at a movie theater, and they give Jessica Jujifruits and Diet Coke on the house for his capture of this guy. Jujifruits remind me of that Seinfeld episode"The Opposite" Doesn't those candies rip your teeth out?,it does to mom's. I'm better off with Junior Mints. Anyway Celine Whatever-her-last-name is pays for new furniture for Theta house,in the name of her grandmother. She becomes a Theta, and she meets this guy,I think he's on drugs or something. Elizabeth does tell Tom about Mr.Conroy's trying to make a pass at her,but he thinks she's lying. They break up. Jessica gets a hat for Lila[I wish a had a best friend my own age, puppy dog pout] She goes to Sweet Valley Millners and gets a hat ,Why can't Li get her own hat. Somehow, that sneak Celine puts swiches the hat with drugs, and Jessica is arrested.

4-0 out of 5 stars Tom--you jerk!!
I cannot believe Tom would believe his "father" over5-0 out of 5 stars Very Exciting!
This book is very exciting! Jessica Wakefield goes on Nick Fox's meet, but still hasn't gotten any real info. Then she and Nick are driving and when Nick spots a car following them, they go on a really exciting chase. Then Nick fights a man with a gun later on, and saves a lot of people. Jessica and Nick fall deeper in love, and it's so romantic. Elizabeth and Tom get closer. Now that they found out that George Conroy is actully Tom's father, Tom has gotten happier. Only Elizabeth hasn't. She can tell that Mr. Conroy is hitting on her- her son's girlfriend! He hits on her a few times, and she is fully disguisted. When she confronts him, she knows for sure he's hitting on her. Meanwhile, Alexandra Rollins is working for a substance abuse hotline, and is answering calls. Celine goes on a dangerous trip to get money. She gets a boyfriend, and uses him as part of her plan. She goes to dangerous areas and meets with very dangerous men that will kill her if she doesn't give them money by Tuesday. But she uses her boyfriend for some other dirty work. Meanwhile, Jessica is still trying to figure out Nick's secret, and comes close and closer and dangerously close! This book is great! ... Read more
