5-0 out of 5 stars Anson Y.'s book review. HK.< I want a pet too! >
I love this book, especially when I want a pet meself. My parents are the same as Abby's, they won't let you do anything! I love the part where Abby sneak T-Jeff in to the house,(Her cat.) I was sooooooo excited that I didn't even heard my mother calling me for dinner!
5-0 out of 5 stars awesome
cool book, the only problem is it's a quick read, and $5 is kinda pricy or 30 min. of reading.

4-0 out of 5 stars Really Enjoyed This Book
Well this book kind of moves slow in the begining, but it really starts to pick up. Ken finally woke up and came to his senses, and I was really happy for him at the end of this book. I really hope that Ken and Maria get back together. Melissa is still purley evil, but she kind of gets what is coming to her in this book. Will also came to a realization, and I actually kind of liked him at the end of the book, although what he tried to do to Ken wasn't right, but he kind of makes up for it. I hope that Will sticks to his promise and doesn't go back to that witch of his ex-girlfriend. I liked what Lila said to Melissa in this book. I wonder if Lila is getting sick of Melissa. Not too much about Jessica in this book. I loved the Evan and Jade storyline, that was extremly good, and I can't wait to read more about them. I kind of felt sorry for Liz in this book.

4-0 out of 5 stars it was ok
I thought this book was going to be boring 'cause it seemed, basically, about Will and he's my one of my least favorite characters to read about. And the last two books had been really boring, namely Straight Up.But I actually liked it;it was funny at some parts, endearing in others,ie:Conner's letter to Tia about Liz.Now I really can't wait for Meant To Be. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars This book was great!!
Ok Francine Pascal has done it once more. I love most of the books she has written. I think this book was really really good and i liked the parts where Jessica and Jermey were getting in to arguements and then finally in the end they made up and where they made up at and how they met each other there was so cute i thought. Mostly it was about Jade/Father/Mother deal and i think how jade and her mother still get to be together is a big plus! I really hope Jade and Evan think about being a couple.... i think they would be so cute together.I want you to read this book if you havn't yet but there is another series that is also very good and Francine Pascal writes them too. The series is called Fearless and its about a girl born with out a fear gene. If you havn't already started reading that series too because its awesome as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars Jades Dad
Jades dad came back in the last book and decided to sue for custody of Jade. He does so but Jades mother and Jade win. Jessica is beging to wonder wether herself and Jeremy are really meant to be. They get into a lot of fights. Like, for istance, Jessica freaks out at Ken for being such a jerk to Maria, one of her good friends. Then Jeremy asks whats wrong and Jessica tells him and he thinks its wrong that she gets into others busniess even if it is one of her very bst friends. Elizabeth isn't really in this book a lot. Will sees Ken and Melissa kissing in the hall and it gives him more determantion to get back to his spot on the football team and make Melissa realize what shes missing.

3-0 out of 5 stars Could have been better
Well this book was o.k. The Jade storyline was interesting, and I really felt bad for her, but I think that the Evan and Jade storyline is a lot more interesting. I can't wait to read more about these two characters. The Jessica and Jermey storyline was frustrating, and in my opinion kind of pointless. In some parts of this book I couldn't help but shake my head as I read about some of the things that Jessica did, I agree with Jeremy, she needs to mind her own business, and I can't believe what she said to Will, especially all he did to her. I seriously hope that the author isn't going towards another Will/Jessica/Jermey storyline again. Ken and Melissa need to wake up, I hope Ken will finally realize what kind of person she is and dump her. Will and Melissa deserve each other, especially after what Will is planning on doing. Not a whole about Elizabeth in this book. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Gay is so great!
Wow, I'm sooooo glad that Francine Pascal finally decided to allow her progressive side to show. Many gay and lesbian teenagers grow up thinking that they are all alone and when I read about Andy, my heart swelled to the size of Canada. I'm not the only one. Also, the book was funny and well written. Go gay!
4-0 out of 5 stars Conner and Liz should get back together hopefully....
In this book, Liz is all stressed out about seeign Conner and talking to him, Jessica has Jeremy back now, Will and Ken becoming friends, Melissa wants to get back together with Will, Jade's with Evan now, Conner coming home from rehab for six weeks, Ken wants Maria back and Andy and Tia to go on a love-tv show to win a trip to New York! And they do!5-0 out of 5 stars Everything turns interesting when Conner comes back
Ok,this is definitely interesting than the rest coz the burning question is "Will Conner ever make up with Elizabeth?"But Alanna is there to spice things up.The Andy and Tia part is also wacky and funny.Ken and Maria are on their way of making up.Basically, almost everyone is ok except for Liz and Conner. Can't wait for the next book! ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Anson Y.'s book review. HK.< Who's she?>
In the 12th book, it tells you about Abby making boxes and her best friend Hannah was her parter. But flip back to the first few books in the Abby Hayes series. 5-0 out of 5 stars The BSC Swan Song
For fifteen years and 213 books, the Baby-Sitters Club has worked their way through the trials of middle school and life in small-town New England. This book stands as the final book in that legacy and manages to leave a beautiful, sentimental, hopeful swan song in the process. For any fan of the BSC, regardless of age and regardless of when you stopped reading new editions, this book serves as a powerful reminder of childhood and change.
4-0 out of 5 stars Class of 2007
This book showed me and my friends that it's not easy graduating. It's hard. I think this book deserves 4 stars 'cause those problems that they are going through can really happen. Kristy doesn't really want to graduate and she thinks it's the end of their friendship,Mary Anne has to set things straight with her ex Loagan before they graduate.Cluadia's afraid she won't graduate at all,and Stacey's worried about her parent's being together at her graduation. It all seems so real.If I were to connect with one of them it woulf be Kristy. Not all of my friends will go to the same High School I want to go with which will be weird since I would be use to seeing all my friends.

5-0 out of 5 stars Goodbye, Girls
The Baby-Sitters Club books were the first that I remember reading. When I was a child, I would take books to the dinner table and read during a meal (not the best manners, but my parents were ok with it because they encouraged me to read whenever I could). I was crazy about the BSC--I had the videos, dolls, even the sleeping bag (which I received for my 11th birthday). I can say that I've read up to the point where the acquired Abby as a new sitter, but I spotted "Graduation Day" and had to read it. I feel that I "grew up" with these girls--even though they are still 13 and I am now 23. The ending of a favorite series is bittersweet. Months ago, "passed the torch" to my 8 year old niece. On the first day of summer, I mailed her a copy of Kristy's Great Idea. She has fallen in love with the BSC and has now taken over the collection. When I went back home a few weeks ago, I had to smile when I saw a copy of "Claudia's Goodbye" in my old chair at the table.

3-0 out of 5 stars The Magic School bus Gets Programmed--a book about computers
The magic school bus always teaches you lessons while making it exciting and quite zany. In this particular story, they are teaching you how to use computers, how computers work, and also why they are good to know about. The students in Ms. Frizzle's class go on another fieldtrip, this time into a computer. The class wants to find an easy way to do all of their jobs before school starts, so they use the help of a super computer and carlos' brother, Mikey-a very computer savvy person. When they start to program the computer to do their jobs for them, they are in for a surprise. Ms. Frizzle decides the best way for them to learn about the computer I s to actually go inside of the computer. They are then taken on a wild ride in the mind of a super computer. This book teaches about computers, and a good way to learn the hands on way. The book, for younger kids, mightbe boring because of its length and storyline, but I think it's a good book for children who want to learn about computers. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Another great saga
Anyone who has enjoyed reading the popular Sweet Valley series will definitely enjoy this book solely based on the character of the wealthy Bruce Patman. This story explores the lives of his ancestors, both fromthe maternal and paternal sides of the family.I agree that some of thecharacters have short stories about them since there are just a bit toomany characters that the author wants to discuss. These storiesmostlydeal with the topic of romance, but there are several which talk about realhistorical events that took place.A main focus is also how Bruce Patmanbecame so wealthy and ended up living in Sweet Valley.

3-0 out of 5 stars The worst of the three sagas
Tis book follows the stories of Bruce Patman's ancestors, from Lady Sophie to the present day. It was quite good, but a bit confuing trying to get the two sides of the family straight. There were much more characters in this then in the other two- I'd have preferred less characters and more detailedstories. It didn't really inspire me like the other two did- I could readthem over and over again, but this was just wasn't intresting enough. Getthe other two, the fowler's and the wakefield's, read this one if youreally like them but not first or you might be put off.

5-0 out of 5 stars My favorite one
This was my favorite saga from the series.I loved hearing about Vanessa Saxton (Emma Elliot) and Katherine Richmond. Some of the parts were predictable, but that is how it was supposed to be! 4-0 out of 5 stars A good book
Alice the brave is a good book. It's about how Alice overcomes her fear of deep water. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is becuase Lester really sort of saves the day! Besides that, it's a really good book.

5-0 out of 5 stars I love this book but...
I love this book I haven,t finshed ityet but I am onch.7. I rented this book from the library. I think this book isn,t for grades 2nd-3rd for the other grades that check out of esspically the Kindergarden - 1st Grade. I love this book!!! Advisory for parents with kids under 9 or under 4rth garde this book is bad for kids that age!!!! Esspiically ch2.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not Bad
This ALICE book was, frankly, a little disappointing.I love ALICE books but... I feel that this book wasn't as good as Phyllis Reynolds Naylor has written in the past. For other readers' information, this book is mainly about how Alice wants to fit in with her group of friends by hanging out at the pool with them. She hopes that they don't find out the truth, which is that she really can't swim. She gets embarrased because she was pushed in the pool by a friend but panics. Her brother teaches her to swim and everything works out. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars A funny book about a troubled girl
Alice in April is about a girl who is having trouble with boys giving the girls at school nicknames of a state by it's geography, in other words ,"hills or no hills". If you like books that are funny, maybe even true life, Alice in April is the book for you.
5-0 out of 5 stars My First Alice Book
"Alice in April" was the first Alice book I ever read, and encouraged me to read the rest of the series. This book takes place in the spring of Alice's seventh grade year, and deals with some more serious issues than some of the previous books. There is still a lot of the trademark Alice humor, especially between her and Lester. (You'll love their April Fool's pranks!) In "Alice in April" Alice is reminded (by Aunt Sally, of course) that she'll soon be Woman of the House, and have the responsibilities that go with that position. Alice takes her new role seriously: she has the ducts cleaned, suggests everyone go to the doctor (including herself) and throws a surprise birthday for her dad. This Alice book has some serious issues in it, but plenty of funny moments, too. I would highly reccomend this novel to any Alice fan.

5-0 out of 5 stars Alice in April
Naylor's style of writing is much like Judy Blume, in which it draws you in and you ache, laugh and sympthasize with the character. With every "Alice" book, it feels like you get to know a friend.I'm sure every girl can relate to the everyday things she has to go to.Because the Alice series is so realistic, each time a new installment is realeased, you get the feeling that you're just learning new stuff about an old friend.Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Poor Alice
Alice Mckinley's mother died when she was 4,and Alice is now going in to the 6th grade and don't know how to become a teenager. Her life is pretty much a embarrassment. She wants to find a gorgeos adopted mother. Alice was hoping that her 6th grade teacher would be one but it turned out she got a not so pretty teacher Ms.Plodkin. I strongly recommened this book for you to read this is a very good book.

3-0 out of 5 stars This book isnt really for kids 11 going on 12
i think children 11 going on 12 shouldnt read this because reasons are they might relate their life to alice and maybe get confused. they shouldnt be knowing about periods and bras because duh, they might want one even though their still flat. alice' life shows misery and stupidity. especially her and the halloween costume and her levis jeans. it was so embarrassing. and for merlin's sake she's still twelve and she's kissing a boy with chocolate on his lips? dont think so
