5-0 out of 5 stars Lame City Or Not
Star Wars: Galaxy of Fear "Eaten Alive" is a great mystery of trust and honesty. In the book, it shows that even though siblings can be so annoyed of each other, they can just as easily help each other out in life. These brother and sister find out how useful it is to have trust in somebody by finding out that the the people of the planet they are on not only have a secret of their own but the planet does too.I recomend this book to any reader or person who likes something that has to do with great characters, Star Wars, suspense, or great mysteries.

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT BOOK
This book is very different from the others in the series.Instead of one big problem the book is a lot of problems, also it is the only book in the series where so many people die and you feel sorry for them. You wouldnever imagine that such harmless technology can be so deadly, and you wouldnever guess who the killer is. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Book vs Dvd
Greatings again to everyone!
4-0 out of 5 stars Good read but lack's detail
I gave this book a 4 because it does not cover the story in depth. But then again it was never meant to do that. To get the details, either read the junior novelization or the adult version of the book. But I got this for the color pictures from the movie. To me this tells the story much better. and there are heaps of pictures from the movie. The book gets a 5 for pictures, the layout and the flow of the story but an overall 4 for lack of detail.....

3-0 out of 5 stars Animorphs-Revelation By: K.a. AppleGate
There are fighting Aliens trying to save earth. There is a boy named Marco and Animorphs who want to try to save earth.Marco's father is talking about his secret top project. Marco thinks its about Zero space. Yeerks are trying to attack earth but Marco is not going to surrender to the Yeerks. He will do his best to save earth. What I like about this book is it has alot of dialogue.I recommend this book to young children.

4-0 out of 5 stars Not Sure
I liked this book, especially the ending, but as I and many people have said, this isn't up to the usual Animorph quality. I still liked it though, and it ia a definate must-read for all Animorphs fans.

5-0 out of 5 stars A Very Good Book
Do you like Star Wars? Well if you do you should read the book the Diversty Aliance part of the Jouner Jedi Kinghts series. Its about after the movies. Its hard to compare to any series because most of the other books are about the movies. The book the Diversty Aliance is about a group of aliens called the Diversty Aliance that are looking for a plague that can kill all human life but aliens are immune to it. There leader has sent allmost every bounty hunter to find it. I think it was a good book for ages 9-13 I read this book in 1day. I liked it because I`m a Star Wars fan and you get to read about some old charters like Han Solo And some new ones like Louwe.

5-0 out of 5 stars A very good book that does credit to the series
I have always thought the first series of Young Jedi Knights (Heirs of the Force, Shadow Academy, The Lost Ones, Lightsabers, Darkest Knight, and Jedi Under Siege) to be superior to this series (Shards of Alderaan, Diversity Alliance, Delusions of Granduer, Jedi Bounty, and The Emperor's Plague) simply because the foe was a little more interesting to me, and the characters seemed a bit better fleshed out.Now that I am older however, and reading these again for the first time in several years, I have more of an open mind and I realized that this second series is in fact very good, and, while it doesn't have as much action as the first series, the character development is superb. In this book Raynar's mother calls him to come home and be with her while his father is missing. He does and is accompanied by Jacen , Jaina, Tenel Ka, and Lowie who wish to keep him company and give him moral support while he gets settled but as you can propably guess, things do not go exacly as planned, and soon they are all off on an adventure to Kuar to try and discover where Raynar's father might have gone, with the absence of Raynar, who stays with his mother.Through epic battles with giant combat arachnids and assasin droids, they begin to discover that Raynar'sfather could be hiding for more reasons than his reputation, andthat in fact there is a high probability that he is in fact hiding a secret that could destroy the galaxy...So anyway, this was a great book, though it would make more senseif you have already read all the previous books in the series, including the ones from the first series. One of the few things I don't really like that much about this series, is that everyonehas to have someone else to "like".This gets incresingly annoying as the series goes on and the kids get older. And lets face it, Raaba's only purpose of existance is so Lowie will not be left out of all this.Zekk started out that way too, but luckily he now has his own place in the Star Wars world other than The Boy Jaina Likes, so I guess there is still hope. One ofthe good things is that it only goes as far as mild crushes and never all that boyfriend/girlfriend, breaking up and all that, sothat is good thing, especially for someone like me who is not very big on romance at all, especially imature teen romance whichseems to be so popular.

4-0 out of 5 stars Worth your money
If you've read all of the other books in the series, you'll enjoy reading this one.If you haven't, you may want to read "Shards of Alderaan" first. However, this book is wonderful for leading up to the rest of the Diverstiy Alliance based books. It's a lot of background setting for the rest of the series. You won't regret buying it. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Interesting back stories.
I read the NJO series before reading these and so I was familiar with the characters that were introduced. Jaina and Jacen Solo appeared in other books first. It is a pretty interesting read, but of course it was ment for a teen audience. I read it in probably less than two hours total time. It wasn't ment to be too indepth. It was an introduction for the series. I'm looking forward to reading the rest. It is worth your time to read because these characters play big parts in both the NJO and Dark Nest series.

1-0 out of 5 stars I wish George Lucas had asked me to read this first...
Please know that I LOVE all things Star Wars--movies, books, figurines, articles, the website--everything.This book, on the other hand, was a dismal failure to put it positively. What it has going for it:multisyllabic words, two of four protagnoists are females, and...that's it!This book was boring! It took about 5/6 of the book to introduce the boring characters and then the horrible TIE fighter just flew away.
2-0 out of 5 stars About what you'd expect from Kevin J. Anderson.
After the atrocious Jedi academy series, and the downright silly darksabre, you would think that there would be no place to go for Kevin J. Andersons Star Wars books but up.Alas if it were only so.Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars I Don't Know
This wasn't a bad Animorph book, but it wasn't the best. I missed Tobias in the book, along with the other Animorphs. Another thing, they just launched right into the story without telling you how they discovered the Bug Fighter chip. They did tell you later though. To tell you the truth, I almost stopped reading before she even got on the plane. And lastly, it was a Cassie book, and I don't like her narrations nearly as much as Tobias's and Rachel's and the others.Okay, here's how the book starts:
5-0 out of 5 stars Cassie goes to Austrailia
In this book, Cassie gets stuck in the cargo hold of a plane going to Sydney and the Yeerks intercept the plane. Cassie morphs bird and flies out of the plane, and lands in the Austrailian Outback. Visser Three also goes to the Outback. Will Cassie survive, or will she fail? Will she ever get home? Read the book to find out!

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best

3-0 out of 5 stars Good but missing something.
While I did like this book there was a glaring ommission as far as I am concerned. Years before writing this book or the other Young Jedi Knight books Mr. Anderson wrote three full length novels telling about the formation of the Jedi Academy. However with a threat to the Academy by an army of dark jedi Luke makes on call for help to the older knights. No Kyp Durron, no Kenth Hammer, no Cilgal. The only two are Luke and Tionne. It is one thing to forget other author's work, but not your own. Shame on you Mr. Anderson. I would have given four stars but because of this it only gets three.

3-0 out of 5 stars Well...
While I gave the first book a good reveiw, by the time this book rolled around, I realized how silly these books are. I know they're for young adults but still...5-0 out of 5 stars excelenant

5-0 out of 5 stars Not the best Rachel book, but a good Animorph
The Weakness surprised me, it really did. I was starting to get disappointed by the series, after all, everything has been the same for the past couple of books. (The Yeerks do something, the Animorphs stop them. Snore) This onewas different. I thought the Animorphs had to do one without Jake sooner or later and it finally happened. It urned out pretty good and I read the whole thing without getting bored at all.

4-0 out of 5 stars The Mean Grizzly Bear
This is Rachels story, and in it the Ellimist is introduced and makes them a nonbeatable personal offer. I always like when Rachel uses her grizzly morph, this book was good.

5-0 out of 5 stars Complicated, but Excellent
This book is narrated by Rachel, so you know it's gonna be good. The book is kind of complicated, and it introduces the Ellimist, who appears in later books as well. This is one of the begining books, before the series started to go downhill. I would definately recommend this to anyone who isn't too far in the series, but stilll loves the Animorphs.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Book

5-0 out of 5 stars Jedi Quest #9
This was a good book. Palpatine starts dropping hints to Anakin, (which can get very annoying,) Astri Otto comes back in, a few older characters, and some new. The only reason I didn't rate this as a full 5 stars, is I found a typo which drove me insane. If you want to see it, when you reach it, it's on page 104, near the top. Read it carefully, and you'll see it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Who said Jedi don't have a sense of humor?
This is one of my all time favorite books. I've read almost all of the star wars books, but this is the best one yet! Obi-Wan and Siri are friends, who just happen to be Jedi knights, but it dosen't stop them from acting human! This is a funny book, because Siri, who isn't a girly girl is forced to wear a dress, and Obi-Wan is supposed to be a theif! And Obi-Wan let Siri chose his wardrobe, (which turns out to be a BIG mistake!) and Anakain and Ferus somewhat get along! It's a book filled with twists and turns!

5-0 out of 5 stars This book ROCKS!!!
This the second best book in the series and I really like it!One of the best things is how Boba Fett mows down the Divirsity Alliance troops! I'll try not to give much more away exept that I think it's high time we had some romance in the series! I just think that Zekk should have kissed Jaina when he had a chance! I think it's sad that Raynar's dad died after all he went through to hide the plauge from Noala Tarkona.

5-0 out of 5 stars What a good book.
I am a fan of star wars espesially the books. This set of books is one of the best I've read so far.I like them all but I think the best part in this one is the surprise ending wich is very funny. But I think they should be read in order.Other wise your in the dark for have the book! But these books are my favorit yet.Thank you for your time.

5-0 out of 5 stars An excellent conclusion to the second storyline in the saga
Since I am rereading this entire series for the first time in several years I was surprised to realize I remembered almost nothing about this book despite the fact that it is the climax of the series. This does not however, in any way imply a lack of excitment. In fact it was solidly gripping from page one right to the end. This book was the last in the second cycle of Young Jedi Knights novels, and it was one of the best.It basically takes up right where the previous book left off, with the kids, now fully healed, preparing to meet withthe senet to discuss the possible threat the Diversity Alliance may be posing to all human life in the galaxy.Meanwhile Zekk goes to find Bornan Thul and takes Raynar with him because Raynar is Bornan's son and he would be more likely to trust him if he is with him. They discover the human plague secret so Leia sends them (Zekk, Bornan, Raynar, Jacen, Jaina, Lowie, and Tenel Ka) on a mission to go and try to destroy the plague storehouse before the Diversity Aliance can get to it anddestroy all human's with it.The rest of the book is an intense account of their adventures trying to accomplish this goal, but as to whether they succeed or not, well, you'll just have to readthe book, because I'm not telling!I will say though, that it has several unexpected twists, one of which is very sad.One of the few problems with this book is that Leia would knowingly send her children on such a dangerous mission.Despite the fact that they are almost full Jedi Knights, that doesn't change the fact that they are her children, and I don't believe any parent would willingly send their child into such mortal danger. My parants definitely wouldn't!I must admit, I am getting slightly less resentful ofall these irritating little couples that are forming (Jacen and Tenel Ka, Jaina and Zekk, Lowie and Raaba, and of course Lusa andRaynar).Jacen and Tenal Ka are funny and interesting, and I have no objections to them liking each other, and Lowie and Raaba are plausible, though boring.Jaina and Zekk are hugely boring though, and Lusa and Raynar are completly implausible. Even so, this was not overpoweringly bad, so I guess I really have nothing to complain about really. In short, this is an excellent series of Star Wars books that are better even then some regular books I've read, and certainly more exciting. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Great plot twist
It was a very exciting book because it was a mystery and there were more than one murderers. I thought the character devolopment was very well done. The story was worked out very well and the plot had the a very interesting twist that occurred at the ending.

5-0 out of 5 stars HELPPP
I can't belive what happined In this book .Uncle hoole and zaksoposledly died from a haunted library that tash found . tash is devestasted . Forceflow is not who he is soposed to be . rent thisbook today.

4-0 out of 5 stars Something you'll read again and again . . .
This book is a treasure to keep forever. On every page, a surprise awaits. However, I only gave it four stars instead of five. When Tash finally enters the "Jedi Library," the ghost roars at her to"GET OUT!".I do not like this line because many books andmovies have that very same line. For example in the movie "TheShining," a character uses those very words. In other words, thatline was lame. The line should have been in that same tone, I agree, butthe actual words were . . . just too simple.Maybe John Whitman shouldhave described the aura in the library a little more.Anyway, other thanthis part, the story was an excellent, well written piece. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Eli Sands and his friends are trapped in 19th century America after an accident with their time-travel vessel
Eli Sands and his friends are trapped in 19th century America after an accident with their time-travel vessel, stranded in different times. Separated, the group must not only make contact with each other again; they must assure their accident doesn't change history itself.
5-0 out of 5 stars science fiction and history in one place
This is the first book I have read in this series, but it is still enjoyable on its own. It is well written, flows well, and kids will learn a lot of history without it being overdone. It has enough gross factor to appeal to boys, but not so much to turn off parents or a female reader (one of the secondary characters, who tells part of the story, is a girl). It will encourage kids to pick up the next book in the series... ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars More grit
I like this and the books that follow it, because Greg Farshtey and the Bionicle crew are finally following the wishes of the older fan group, and making the stories darker. The Bionicle community is an awesome group, and I'm glad that Lego, unlike so many, actually listens to their customers.

4-0 out of 5 stars A little darker than the other ones my son has read
My 9 year old son loves these books and reads them over and over. But this one got a "not my favorite" from him. He still reads and likes it, but he said it is darker and scarier than the other ones.I think if he were 7 or a young 8 it might have bothered him more.

5-0 out of 5 stars My Review for Bionicle Adventures #6; Maze of Shadows
Hi. My name is Nicholas (I feel I should express my first name)and I purchased this book. This is totally awesome - they just keep getting better and better! It takes place after Bionicle Adventures #5 - Voyage of Fear. The Toa Metru work their way back to Metru Nui in it, and they face many dangers - such as the Karzahni. I rate it 5 stars because it is very good - no completely humungously good! This is an AWESOME job for Greg Farshtey (writer).

4-0 out of 5 stars Great for people who are familiar with STAR WARS books.
What is "Spore?"It's something beyond your imagination! When I read this, I couldn't believe what I was reading--I had never thought of something like "Spore."When you read about this, you'll probably be just as shocked as I was. This book is full of surprises.Iwould recommend this book for children under 11 years old, simply becauseolder kids might be slightly bored by it, although this book has few flaws.

2-0 out of 5 stars What happened with this series?
I am a fan of K.A. Applegate's series.Animorphs, Everworld, Remants--all are good.I enjoyed this whole series even halfway through this book, but the ending itself was not satisfying at all.The only reason I gave this book 2 stars instead of 1 is because, unlike Animorphs and Everworld, it at least had an actual ending. But so many things go unanswered, it's debatable if it counts as an actual ending.I'll warn you now, if you want to read this book and be surprised, stop reading by review here.
4-0 out of 5 stars THE FINAL REMNANTS BOOK
I'm so sad that this series is over, but at least Katherine gave us a much better ending that she did for Animorphs and Everworld. They ended on such huge cliffhangers that I almost screamed in frustration: I'm the kind of person who always has to know what happens.5-0 out of 5 stars Pretty decent ending for awesome series...
The ending of Remnants versus the ending of Animorphs? Remnants wins, hands down. Most exciting ending? Animorphs. But I liked the fact that KAA actually ENDED Remnants. I think that may be the reason for the void of continuation fanfics on fanfiction.net like those that dominate the Ani-fandom. Remnants was an awesome series. I loved the different characters, the different settings, the strange mutations...everything. And I even kind of liked the ending. I just wish it had been a little more exciting. But I do recommend this book to any Remnants fan; you've gotta read this one. How else will you know how it ended? ... Read more

Zac Tash and their uncle Hoole were put on a transporter to get to the nearest planet. The planet was called City of the Dead. 4-0 out of 5 stars Decent, but not particularly wonderful
Being a multiple of 5, this is a Marco book (though near the finale of the series, this rule doesn't hold true). In other words, there will be mention of and preoccupation with his mother, aka Visser One. In "The Reunion," Marco discovers that Visser One is in town and in disguise. After the Animorphs did not kill her in #15, "The Escape," she is thought to be a traitor to the Yeerks. She wants to take Visser Three down while Visser Three wants to take her down. Marco creates an elaborate plan to force a confrontation between the two, but his expected outcome is somewhat unclear.
5-0 out of 5 stars Brilliant, that's all I can say
This book is one of the better books of the series. I definitely know that because I've read the whole series and I'm just overwhelmed. I wish that they had a section on amazon for the whole series's in general. The story line is good in this book and it shows Marco's ability to see the line from A to Z clearly. And involves Visser One, whose books I simply adore. Even though there wasn't that much comedy in this book it was well written and it is good to have a serious book for a change. I would definitely reccomend this book to everyone. I love K.A Applegate's books, especially this series but I also like Remnants. All in all this series is the best.
