Great book
I am interested in law and this book is very helpful in explaining legal terminology. The book gives easy to follow real life examples and the opprotunity to test my knowledge.

GREAT CLEP AND DANTES PREP
I passed both the CLEP BL1 and Dantes BL2 by studying this resource. My scores on both were 71. You should not need any other materials to supplement, but make sure you know the content well. (((( my studio )))) 4 shields of protection. What a concept!
As a private music teacher I have to regularly defend myself against non-committal parents, who are often looking for advantages in lesson time shifting. It is a very real and hard issue for a dedicated private teacher. Studio time is limited and therefore it is as precious as teacher's professional skills. It took me many years to structure flexible lesson pricing - yearly contract rate, non-committal rate, single lesson rate - and enforce them. A Must Read for All Businesses. . .small or large!
The book is very readable and it is not necessary to be a lawyer to understand the risks and how to prevent potential litigation. It is hard to believe that a lawyer wrote this book since the book was an easy read andcan serve as a good reference tool for managers to share with employees.Great work! ... Read more

A Valuable Book

I think this book is worth every penny. It helped me to find best sites and deals on domain names. It also taught me how to protect my trademark and keep all my whois info private.

I thought the book was pretty good.There were a few issues not well explained, but it does a good job for the most part.I also used the study guide which really helped prepare for tests (ISBN: 0130199087).Saved me from having to read the text when all I wanted was a quick overview.Also has some practice stuff.I'd sell it, but Amazon (and that "other" online bookstore) doesn't have it in its database. ...
