Interesting book
Many of the concepts in this book are not new, but it was spun in a new way.This book would be particularly useful for anyone in an HR-related training consultant role.

I like it!
So many training guides merely compile the same old activities that have been circulating forever.I was glad to see some really unique activities in here (even though it first came out twenty years ago!).I also found the trainer's introduction pertinent and helpful. Games Trainers Play

Every teacher should have this on their shelf!
I used this book 10 years ago when I first began my career, and I still refer to it today.It demonstrates the ability to direct kids in the correct manner while they develop their self-esteem, and their independence.It gives you ways to deal with negative situtations that allows the child to walk away feeling like they can be a better person and they will be!

Greatly Reduces Anxiety in New Professionals
I found this book to greatly reduce my anxiety as it addressed all of my worries and other issues that were leading me towards burnout.It also has clear indications that it will continue to be useful as I move further into my career.This is a book I plan to read again and again.

Good book for teachers and students
I found this book to be excellent for the classroom.The author supports teaching art to children by grounding her methods in current learning theories. I have had students tell me that they enjoyed the many stories of real classroom experiences that the author shares throughout the book. It is a good resource and inspiration for those who want to teach art to children.
